Amy attained her Bachelor’s in Dental surgery from the University of Bristol, qualifying in 2016. Amy has been working in general practice in Bournemouth and Poole ever since and has also spent time working with the Dental emergency service and mentoring newly qualified Dentists.Amy holds a post-graduate diploma in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry and is dedicated to crafting beautiful, yet natural smiles that emanate nature. She is also accredited to provide Invisalign treatment, which she combines with teeth whitening and composite bonding to offer a conservative approach to cosmetic dentistry.
Amy loves building patient confidence while providing quality Dentistry and enjoys working with children and nervous patients.
Amy grew up in Southbourne and went to school locally. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, hiking and kayaking.

Tracey graduated from Guy’s Dental Hospital London in 1993. After spending a few years working in hospital dentistry gaining experience in oral surgery, she then moved into general dental practice.
Tracey has a gentle, friendly approach to dentistry which endears her to all generations of patients. She provides a whole range of dental treatments and particularly likes the cosmetic side of dentistry and improving the confidence in your smile.
Tracey, grew up in Bournemouth and moved back to the area from the New Forest 7years ago. She is very excited to be working back in her home town as a dentist in Southbourne treating her local community.
In her spare time Tracey enjoys singing in a local choir, the beach and walking on the cliff top with her dog.

Principal Dentist and Clinical Director at Dentistry on the Grove. Tim grew up in the New Forest and has 25 years experience and qualified from the Royal London Hospital. He established Shelley Manor in 2010 and relocated the clinic to Dentistry on the Grove in 2023.

Dr Tim Doyle graduated in 2001 from the Royal London Hospital and practiced in dental practices in the South and South West of England before setting up his own practice, Shelley Manor Dental in 2010, and relocating it to Dentistry on the Grove in 2023.
Tim enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but especially restorative work i.e. the restoration of worn and broken teeth with bridges, crowns and implants. He’s a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (BACD), also greatly enjoys cosmetic work and has carried out numerous ‘full smile’ makeovers, using some of the best labs in the UK and Singapore. He enjoys using digital technology and has introduced intraoral 3-D scanners to all surgeries in Dentistry on the Grove, which improves precision and accuracy of impression leading to better and longer lasting outcomes for patients. Last year he did some complex cases using our new in-house SprintRay 3D printer for full mouth restoration of worn teeth.
A vital step to delivering successful dental outcomes is understanding patients’ expectations, and Tim enjoys chatting to his patients to find out in advance exactly what their expectations are, and developing treatment options accordingly.
Tim grew up in the New Forest and went to school in Southbourne. In his spare time Tim likes to surf, write poetry and go for long walks with his dog.

Dr Mike was born in Poland but raised in Portland, Oregon, USA. He returned to Poland to complete his dental degree in 2009, followed by extensive advanced training in aesthetic, restorative, implant, and surgical dentistry. With years of experience working in both the USA and Europe, he brings a high level of expertise to Dentistry on the Grove.
Patients appreciate Mike’s calm, meticulous, and gentle approach. He combines advanced skills across all areas of dentistry, allowing him to successfully treat complex dental problems with predictable, long-lasting results. He particularly enjoys rehabilitating worn or heavily damaged teeth, helping patients regain confident, functional smiles and the ability to eat comfortably again. As an experienced implant dentist, he offers a range of implant treatments including single and multiple-tooth implants, including implant bridges.
Outside of work, Mike is a devoted family man with two children. He enjoys gym training, cycling, tennis, and following Formula 1.
